    Many policies only pay about 20% of the direct cost of cancer treatment.

    Therefore, with the cash benefit Liberty National’s plan provides, you can afford these additional expenses that are not covered under your other “standard” insurance.

    Florida applicants or family members with a history of breast cancer may apply for a lump-sum maximum benefit of $10,000, provided there has been no recurrence or treatment for the malignancy within the two years preceding the date of the application, and applicable underwriting requirements are met, including a recorded telephone interview.
